GREEN SEED Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") shall manage personal information contained in documents and other materials provided by customers in connection with business transactions in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, ensuring proper handling and protection. We kindly ask that you read, understand, and consent to the following before providing personal information.

Purpose of Use of Personal Information

Article 1

The Company shall handle customers' personal information with care within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes set forth below, and if personal information is to be used for purposes other than those listed, the Company shall notify the customer of the new purpose and obtain consent before use.

  1. Provision of services based on applications or contracts related to real estate sales, rental brokerage, and management.
  2. Guidance and administrative support related to credit checks by various insurance companies, guarantors, financial institutions, etc.
  3. Sales activities within the Company’s business operations.
  4. Provision of services related to after-sales support incidental to the services in items 1 through 3.
  5. Communication via mail, telephone, email, or other means necessary to achieve the purposes in items 1 through 3.
  6. Provision of personal information to third parties for the purpose of carrying out the operations in items 1 through 3.
  7. Retention as ledgers or related materials pursuant to Article 49 of the Real Estate Brokerage Act.

Acquisition of Personal Information

Article 2

The Company may acquire personal information from third-party data providers, including but not limited to the following information, and shall use such information only within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes described in Article 1, by linking it to customers' personal information.

  1. Web browsing and usage history collected via cookies or advertising IDs (identifiers of electronic devices such as smartphones) and analyzed results.
  2. Information linked to an email address, including age, gender, family composition, etc.
  3. Purchase history or service usage history of a specific individual.
  4. Location information of a specific individual.
  5. Information indicating interests or preferences of a specific individual.

The acquisition and use of such information through cookies, etc., shall be disclosed on the Company's website, and explicit consent shall be obtained via checkboxes on each inquiry form. Customers may limit or refuse the use of cookies by changing browser settings; however, some services may become unavailable as a result.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

Article 3

The Company may provide personal information to third parties as necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in Article 1.

Information to be Provided:
Information provided shall include necessary items for each purpose, such as name, address, phone number, property information, transaction details, but shall be limited to the minimum required.
Third Parties:

Examples of third parties include:

  • Contractual partners, prospective clients, and property owners in real estate sales, rental, brokerage, and management.
  • Other real estate brokers, internet advertising agencies, real estate business associations, credit information agencies, rent guarantee companies, designated distribution organizations, property management companies regarding facilities, water, gas, and telecommunications providers.
  • Professionals providing advice to the Company for service provision, such as lawyers, judicial scriveners, tax accountants, architects, real estate appraisers, land and house investigators.
  • Business partners entrusted with tasks for service provision.
Method of Provision:
The Company shall impose the same obligations regarding personal information management on third parties as it maintains internally.
Suspension of Provision:
The Company shall suspend provision to third parties upon request under the Personal Information Protection Act. In such cases, some services may not be fully provided.
Article 4

Outsourcing
The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to achieve the purposes, selecting vendors that meet the Company’s standards for safe management of personal information and entering into necessary contracts, with appropriate supervision.

Article 5

Providing personal information to the Company is voluntary; however, all requested information is required. If the information is not provided or consent is not given, the Company may not be able to provide its services.

Article 6

If a transaction between the Company and the customer does not conclude, all personal information collected will be destroyed by the Company.

Article 7

Upon request for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties, the Company shall verify the identity of the requester and respond appropriately.
